Ghana’s President, Akufo-Addo, has directed the Auditor-General, Daniel Yaw Domelevo, to proceed on his accumulated annual leave.
In a statement released by Communications Directorate of the Jubilee House, the Auditor-General has an accumulated leave of 132 working days.
The president is directing that Mr. Domelevo’s takes his leave from Wednesday, July 1, 2020.
“The President of the Republic of Ghana, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, has directed Mr. Daniel Yaw Domelevo, the Auditor-General to take his accumulated annual leave of one hundred and twenty-three (123) working days, according to records available to the Presidency, with efffect from Wednesday 1st July, 2020”, an excerpt of the statement read.
Mr. Domelevo is to hand over all matters relating to his office to Deputy, Mr. Johnson Akuamoah Asiedu.
